
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once we receive the advance deposit specified in your trip confirmation email/invoice. The balance payment (if any) is due by the date stated in the confirmation email.
2. Cancellation by Guests
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as soon as possible. Refunds (where applicable) will be calculated on the total trip cost (excluding any bank transfer or payment-gateway charges). If the advance deposit is less than the cancellation penalty amount, we might raise an additional invoice with the difference on cancellation

3. Cancellation by Wet n Wild Explorations
We rarely cancel a confirmed trip. However, we reserve the right to do so in case of:
• Unforeseen weather, road or river conditions affecting safety
• Permit restrictions or government orders
• Minimum group size not being met (if specified for your trip)
• Circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, political unrest, etc.)
If we cancel before the trip begins, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us, or we can offer you a credit towards a future trip.
We cannot be held liable for any other costs you may have incurred (like flights, accommodation elsewhere, etc.).
4. Mid-Trip Changes
If a trip is cut short or changed mid-way due to weather, natural events, safety reasons or guest’s personal reasons:
• No refunds will be provided for unused services.
• We will do our best to offer suitable alternatives where possible.
5. Transfers & Substitutions
You may transfer your booking to another guest (meeting the trip requirements) up to 7 days before the trip starts at no additional cost.
Please inform us in writing with details of the substitute guest. We might not be able to accommodate these changes in certain trips due to the time needed to get permits - please inform us and we’ll get back with the details over email.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal gear loss. We do not provide any travel insurance.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation.
Bank charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
