Day1: Morning session will start with introduction of kayak and its use with an hour of theory class.
after spending an hour on land we go in the river for practical classes, paddling strokes, adge paddling for 2 hrs and then lunch break.
After lunch we drive to tsogsti were we start our first river down for 6 km with grade 1 rapid in between will do addy in and out. Then we are done for the day and head back to over night stay at the campsite.
Day 2: We start our day at Sangam and spend the morning session doing what we learn on the day 1. After lunch break we do the 6 km run from Tsogsti till Sangam. Head back to campsite and rest.
Day 3: Morning session at Sangam again we practice what we learn day 1 and 2 till lunch. After lunch break we start the Rolling classes which is the key of kayaking and also which take little effort and time.
Day 4: Morning will do the roll practice at the Sangam, post lunch we do the 6 km run with some rolling practice in between.
