Itinerary
Day 1
The morning session will begin with an introduction to kayaking and its usage, followed by one hour of theory class. After an hour on land, we will head to the river for practical sessions, focusing on paddling strokes and edge paddling for 2 hours, then break for lunch. After lunch, we will drive to Tsogsti, where we will start our first 6 km river run with grade 1 rapids. We will practice eddy-in and eddy-out techniques during the run. Once completed, we will return to the campsite for an overnight stay.
Day 2
We will start our day at Sangam and spend the morning session practicing what we learned on day 1. After a lunch break, we will do the 6 km run from Tsogsti to Sangam. Afterward, we'll head back to the campsite to rest.
Day 3
The morning session will be at Sangam again, where we will practice what we learned on days 1 and 2 until lunch. After the lunch break, we will begin the rolling classes, which are a key skill in kayaking and require minimal effort and time to master.
Day 4
In the morning, we will practice rolling at Sangam. After lunch, we will do the 6 km run, incorporating some rolling practice along the way.
